BASIC TRAINING PROGRAM
Duration: One full day of class room training & four follow up sessions.
One Day Training
- Primary Care for people with HIV
- Visual Diagnosis and Management of Opportunistic Infection
- Lab Diagnosis and PEP
- Anti Retroviral Therapy
- PPTCT and Neonatal care
- Counseling and Networking
- Nutrition
- Counseling Role Play sessions
- Multiple case discussions
- Interactive session with Moderator panel

Participation Criteria:
- Has been sensitized or trained by earlier participants of 'Basic Training Program' or 'Advanced Clinical Training Program' or has shown great interest in participation or recommended by participant / faculty
- Doctor (follower of any pathy), councelor, lab technicians, nurses or anyone who qualifies to be a Primary Care Provider to HIV& AIDS patients.
- Has accepted the training program in full with the commitment of attending all the sessions and completing the assignments in the stipulated time period
